ZDHY has been engaging in the construction of national energy management system in all respects ever since China proposed to carry out the energy management system certification. ZDHY has made contributions to improving the energy management by enterprises using the approaches of certification and accreditation.

ZDHY presented drafts of “Energy Management System of Paper Making Industry---Certification Implementation Rules” and “Energy Management System of Paper Making Industry---Specified Certification Requirements” during the trial run period of national energy management system. The rules and requirements are consist of the legal and regulatory requirements, energy management policy, energy audit, uses of energy management tools, effects of energy uses, measurement indicators and etc.

The pilot project for energy management system came to a successful conclusion in the end of 2012. As GB/T 23331:2020 “Energy management systems — Requirements with guidance for use” was released, the governing bodies gave credit to the work that ZDHY had done during the trial run period.

ZDHY has provided energy management system certification to many well-known enterprises, such as Benz, Beijing Mobile, Weida, Huiyuan，Huadian and etc.
